We regularly read about bank reform in the wake of the recession, but 57% of people do not believe these reforms are enough, and it’s amazing to think that 43% of people with savings no longer put them in the bank because of trust issues. In the US and the UK trust in banks has dropped 46% and 30% respectively, while trust in banks in China and India has risen by 12%.
